Introduction

Glare occurs when too much light enters your eye and interferes with your eye’s capability to control it. Excessive illumination could be from artificial lights or sunlight. It could be from a direct light or a reflected light.

Although it does not affect visual acuity, it causes unease or irritability, and over time, may cause headaches and other health-related issues. It can be distracting and sometimes even dangerous.
