A simple method that assesses anomalous retinal correspondence, fusion and suppression. The exam can be conducted in two ways; the distance test with a fixed target projected on a screen or set in an illuminated box at a range of six meters from the patient and the near test conducted at a distance of 33 centimeters using a flashlight. The patient has to wear red-green goggles in both tests.
