Vertical, parallel, whitish lines in the posterior stroma and Descemet's membrane, commonly seen in patients with keratoconus. When external pressure is applied on the globe, Vogt’s Striae temporarily disappear. They are most likely caused by mechanical stress on the collagen lamellae.
