Small flecks seen as floating dots, specks, or cobweb-like images in a person’s vision. They are deposits of collagen in the eye’s vitreous humour. They are normal, harmless, and often go away on their own. However, in rare cases, they may appear as a sign of retinal damage, which may lead to vision loss.
