Any non-trabecular aqueous humor outflow. It is an uveoscleral pathway through which fluid flows out from the anterior chamber, into the ciliary muscle, and then into the supraciliary and suprachoroidal spaces. The humor then exits through the sclera or along the veins, nerves, and lymphatic vessels that penetrate it.
