An autoimmune inflammatory condition where the immune system causes swelling and induces fat and muscle tissue creation behind the eye. The inflammation affects the tear glands, eyelids, eye muscles, and fatty tissues at the back of the eye. It can push the eyes forward and also cause them and the eyelids to become swollen and red.
