A rare, non-necrotizing, bilateral uveal tract inflammation that arises in one eye, following surgery or trauma to the other eye. In most of the cases, the condition appears two to 12 weeks after surgery or injury and can affect vision in the uninjured eye. On rare occasions, the abnormality may occur after a week or as late as 30 years following the initial surgery or trauma.
