A condition characterized by greyish-white, fibrillary, flaky material on the eye’s anterior lens capsule, corneal endothelium, iris, zonules, pupillary margin, and ciliary processes with free-floating particles in the anterior chamber. It often leads to pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and is common among the elderly.
