Medication considered a first-line treatment for most forms of glaucoma. It reduces intraocular pressure by enhancing uveoscleral outflow and may also affect the trabecular meshwork. It comprises several types which include bimatoprost, travoprost, tafluprost, unoprostone, and latanoprost.
