These are small lesions that appear on the cornea and/or conjunctiva as a result of phlyctenular keratoconjunctivitis, an inflammatory eye disorder caused by delayed hypersensitivity reaction. They appear as multiple pink-whitish or greyish raised nodules surrounded by dilated blood vessels.
