A severe and highly infectious adenoviral condition commonly seen in children. The disease is mostly bilateral and is caused when the adenovirus attacks the eye’s lining and the respiratory tract. Some of its characteristics include red, itchy eyes, fever, swollen glands, and a runny nose.
