A type of ocular dyskinesia characterized by involuntary, rapid, and chaotic saccadic eye oscillations. These eye movements are multidirectional (horizontal, vertical, and torsional), arrhythmic, and don’t occur at intervals. Possible causes include several types of cancer in adults and neuroblastoma and encephalitis in children.
