A genetic ectropion uveae where multiple benign tumors develop on the skin (neurofibromas), nerves (optical pathway gliomas), other tissues (plexiform neurofibromas), and pigmented areas (such as axillary region, inguinal region, Lisch nodules). It is characterized by growth of tumors and changes in skin coloring.
