An aggressive, rare, and progressive complication of glaucoma filtration surgery (in narrow-angle or angle-closure glaucoma) where intraocular pressure is elevated. The central and peripheral anterior chamber appears flat or shallow despite the presence of one or more patent peripheral iridectomies. Various terms used to describe this entity include ciliary block glaucoma, cilio-lenticular glaucoma, aqueous misdirection, and ciliovitreal block glaucoma.
