A surgical laser technique used to treat chronic angle-closure glaucoma, primary angle closure and acute angle-closure glaucoma. The laser device creates an opening in the iris, allowing the accumulated humor to flow from the back to the front chamber. It helps to relieve the pupillary blockage and lower the intraocular pressure.
