A low-grade, rapidly progressing skin lesion that originates in the pilosebaceous glands. It has a close and pathological resemblance to squamous cell carcinoma and erupts on sun-damaged and hair-bearing skin. The tumor looks like a small boil before proliferating over a few weeks to months and resolving by itself in 4-6 months.
