One of three categories of paralytic strabismus localized to the infranuclear segment where pupillary reactions are either partially or entirely impaired. It is marked by lesions located between the muscle and nerve nucleus and affects the oculomotor (CN III) trochlear (CN IV) or abducens nerves (VI).
