An ocular motility disorder in early infancy characterized by crossed eyes where both eyes turn inwards. It is accompanied by an abnormal head posture, latent nystagmus (40%), overactive inferior oblique muscle (70%), dissociated vertical deviation (50-90%), and optokinetic asymmetry. It has a constant and large angle of deviation at size > 30 prism PD.
