Low intraocular pressure that is below five millimeters of mercury (5 mm Hg). The anomaly is sometimes associated with reduced vision. It can arise from chronic inflammation within the eye, shallowing of the front chamber, choroidal detachment, retinal detachment, or a post-surgical wound leak.
