A rare disorder characterized by pupil constriction, drooping of the upper eyelid and facial sweating deficiency. It arises from damage to the sympathetic facial nerves caused by various factors, including trauma, tumor, stroke and underlying diseases. The congenital disease is associated with a lack of iris pigmentation.
