"1.The average amplitude of accommodation of a person expressed in diopters is equal eighteen point five (18.5) minus zero point three (0.3) multiplied by the patient's age in years, i.e., 18.5 – 0.3 x patient's age in years. 2.The maximum amplitude of accommodation of a person expressed in diopters is equivalent to twenty-five (25) minus zero point four (0.4) multiplied by the patient's age in years, i.e., 25 – 0.4 x age of the patient in years. 3.The minimum amplitude of accommodation of a person expressed in diopters is equal to fifteen (15) minus zero point two five (0.25) multiplied by the patient's age in years, i.e., 15 – 0.25 x patient's age in years."
