Tiny golden or brown deposits in a star-shaped formation on the central anterior of the crystalline lens. The anomaly may present bilaterally or unilaterally and in isolation or clusters. It occurs in people of all ages and usually doesn’t affect visual acuity, except in cases where they are too many.
