The circular, adhesion line formed by the Wieger’s ligament between the vitreous and posterior lens. It is the peripheral edge of Wieger’s ligament, visible as an irregular, hazy ring on the lens posterior surface in most adult eyes, on a slit lamp biomicroscope.
