An abnormal medical condition when the lower lid margin turns outwards, away from the globe, leaving the eye exposed to keratinization of the palpebral conjunctiva, tearing, and possible loss of vision. Severe cases present with an entire eyelid length turned out, while less severe cases only have a portion of the lid affected.
