A type of surgery to decrease aqueous production by destroying the ciliary processes leading to reduced intraocular pressure. Its three approaches include cyclocryotherapy, trans-scleral laser cycloablation, and endoscopic laser cycloablation. Cyclodestruction is the last option procedure for refractory glaucoma.
