Concretion

Cysts or spots on the tarsal conjunctiva containing hard, yellow-white calcium deposits or epithelial and keratin debris. It is part of the normal aging process that results from continuing irritation or inflammation, such as the protracted wearing of contact lens. Individuals are often asymptomatic. The spots can be removed using a needle.
