A type of iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome characterized by unilateral diffuse iris naevus with pigmented nodules. This extremely rare eye disorder also exhibits corneal edema, an abnormal proliferation of the corneal endothelium, increased intraocular pressure, and peripheral anterior synechiae. It mainly affects Caucasian young and middle-aged females.
