A sterile physiological pH and salt concentration containing sodium chloride, sodium acetate trihydrate, sodium hydroxide, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, among others. The solution can be used to preserve cells in a usable form and wash cells and tissues.
