Adie's Pupil

Adie's pupil, Adie's tonic pupil, and Adie's syndrome are all related conditions involving abnormally dilated pupils. In Adie’s pupil, only the pupil is afflicted compared to Adie's syndrome, where both the deep tendon reflexes and pupil are affected. Response to light and accommodation by the pupil is equally sluggish and segmental, though it will respond better to near effort.
