Saethre-Chotzen  syndrome, also known as  acrocephalosyndactyly  type 3  (ACS III) and  Chotzen syndrome  is a very rarecongenital  syndrome characterised by  craniosynostosis  (premature closure of one or more of the sutures between the bones of the  skull).
