Fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis, a relatively rare, chronic form of iridocyclitis, is characterized by iris heterochromia with loss of iris pigment in the affected eye; low-grade anterior chamber reaction with small, stellate KP; posterior subcapsular cataracts; and secondary open-angle glaucoma.
