About Us

Cloud Nine Development was founded by three ophthalmologists who recognized in 2009 that a mobile app providing eye health and surgery reference content would be valuable to themselves and other eye care professionals. They created Eye Handbook a diagnostic and treatment reference app. Later in 2018 they recognized that there is need for a smartphone application for the patients and caregivers to get the idea about their eye conditions and so these three ophthalmologists developed Eye Patient app.
